ships all U.S bound package orders via FedExStandard Overnight Service, next-business-day delivery, at UPS ground rates. Foreign bound orders are shipped at standard carrier rates. All in-stock orders entered by the order cutoff times detailed under "Freight Policy" will ship that day subject to credit approval.

FREIGHT POLICY
If ordering more than one type of product on the same order, your shipment may originate from different locations. If you need tracking numbers for your order, please email
billing@10kplus.com. 10kPlus.com ships all orders next business day via Federal
Express. All in stock orders placed by
6:00 p.m.,
Eastern Time, will ship the same day. All orders are guaranteed next-business-day delivery in accordance with
Federal Express policies. (Heavyweight orders and regions outside FedEx Standard Overnight delivery areas are excluded.) All packages over 200 lbs. ship via truck and are billed at regular
truck charges. All truck orders must be placed by 2:00 p.m. MST. All orders are billed a $2.50 per order handling fee and a .35 cent per $100 value for insurance fee. All p.m. Zone service areas are
automatically upgraded to Priority Overnight Service and are billed an additional $3.00 per box fee. Alaska and Hawaii shipments are billed at the regular 2 day UPS overnight shipping charge.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Additional charges may be incurred for the shipping and handling of hazardous materials offered by Calcomp and Hewlett-Packard.

PRICES, SPECIFICATIONS, AND POLICIES
10kPlus.com reserves the right to update prices, product specifications and policies at any time without notice. Retail prices in all advertising materials are 10kPlus.com's estimate of market price for
certain products. 10kPlus.com and its vendors assume no liability for damages resulting from the use of consumables in any manufaturer's machine other than normal vendor warranties.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Because of 10kPlus.com's state-of-the-art distribution system, most orders are prepared for same day shipment within minutes after the order is received. Thus,
an order cannot be cancelled. After receiving product, please call customer service and request a return authorization. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed and all freight charges (both ways) are the
responsibility of the customer.

PARTS
Dead-On-Arrival Policy (DOA)- Any part found to be defective within the first 90 days of purchase may be returned. Merchandise will be tested upon receipt to
determine if it is defective. Part must be returned in its original packaging and RMA must be obtained.

|
RESTOCKING CHARGE
A 20% restocking charge will apply if product is returned due to customer
error. Product returned as defective will be inspected; if it is not defective the same charge will apply, unless shipped in error by 10kPlus.com.

|
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders that have not shipped mat only be cancelled subject to approval. There are no returns of special items other than those that are defective.

RETURN & CREDIT POLICY
All credit claims (short shipments, etc.) must be requested no later than 5 days from invoice date. All requests for proof of delivery must be received within 30 days of invoice date. All requests for returns
(other than defective returns) must be requested no later than 30 days from invoice date. This includes sales errors. To process a credit claim or return,
email sales@10kplus.com, or fax to
801-491-3330. All product must be returned
with an approved Return Authorization Number issued by a 10kPlus.com Customer Support Representative. The 10kPlus.com RA number must be affixed to all boxes to be credited. RA numbers are valid for 3O days
from date issued. Boxes sent to 10kPlus.com without labels will be returned at the customer's expense. All merchandise returned without prior approval (Return Authorization Label) will be sent back at
customer's expense. Please do not send returns to 10kPlus.com via air freight (i.e. FedEx collect). Freight credit will not be issued for customer errors or defective product. Any return received after 30
days from issuance will be refused. Packages damaged due to shipping need to be reported immediately to the freight carrier and to 10kPlus.com. Be sure to designate packages as damaged when signing receipt.
Please keep all boxes until advised otherwise by freight carrier. Defective product must be returned within 120 days of invoice date. All defective merchandise must be accompanied by a letter describing the
defect(s). In addition, the products/manufacturers listed below provide specific instructions. Periodically, our vendors revise the requirments placed on defective returns. Therefore, we reserve the right to
implement these revisions without notice. Note: Supplies listed as compatible are in no way affiliated with the name brands.

| BOTTLED COPIER SUPPLIES
-Bottled toner products are shipped in new, saleable condition. All sales final.
|
|
| BULK DISKETTES-No returns will be accepted on bulk diskettes. All sales final.
|
|
| CARTRIDGE-BASED COPIER SUPPUES-
TO obtain RA for these products, provide
OfficeShack.com Customer Service with a letter from the manufacturer or authorized service technician describing the defect(s). A copy must accompany the returned product.

| DATAPRODUCS
-Modified or recharged drums will be refused. Product must be
returned with packaging intact, including box and styrofoam.
|
|
| STARFORMS, VIKING, and DATAWARE
-Product returns must be sent directly to these Vendors. Contact OfficeShack.com Customer Service at (800) 220-8667, to receive an RMA number before
returning any product to these Vendors.

|
| HEWLETT-PACKARD & CANON-
All Series I and II toner must be returned to OfficeShack.com in the HP or Canon box along with the original styrofoam packing material. Defective HEL 51608A and
HEL9228SC must go to Hewlett-Packard.

| KODAK-
These specific media products must be returned directly to Kodak by the end user if defective: KOL 1404540 (OT 102373); KDL 1361856 (DT 185383); KDL 8314510 (DT 193421 KDL8458838 (DT 193439). Call (800)

All defective Plasmon
products must be returned directly to Plasmon. Call (408) 956-9400.

| RICOH LASER PRODUCTS-
Defective Ricoh Laser Products must be returned directly to Ricoh by the end-user. Ricoh will send replacement back to the end-user. Call (800) 882-4858.
For all other Ricoh products (copier toner, fax toner, etc.), please call customer support for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

| ZEBRA TECHNOLOGIES-
No returns will be accepted. All sales final.

| SYQUEST-
All defective SyQuest product must be returned to SyQuest directly
by the end-user. Call (510) 226-4000.

| All returns must be sent to 10kPlus.com freight prepaid, in their original packaging, complete
with all parts, instructions, labels, etc. 10kPlus.com will not issue call tags. Closeout merchandise, as indicated in catalogs, and special order products are not returnable for any reason.
